Jarret Weir
Director Jarret Weir has been involved in the security industry for over 20 years and has extensive knowledge in community protection and access control procedures.
Sylvester Mazeka
Sylvester has been in the security industry since 2007, joining COPROSEC in 2013 as a security officer. In 2016 Sylvester was promoted to a supervisor position where through his dedication and excellent performance was further promoted to Chief Operations Officer (COO) of COPROSEC
Max Weir
Max has numerous years of experience in sales and sales management. Joining COPROSEC in 2020 as a supervisor. In 2022 Max has been appointed as Human Resources Manager (HRM) focusing on matters within the company.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT
James Swann – James until retiring in 2014 from the SAPS served in the SAPS for 22 years. In the last five years James served with the Randburg SAPS, and was a sector manager.
James is a highly experienced Security Operations Consultant with the additional benefit of a “Prince 2” Project Management qualification coupled with his 22 years of police experience and working as a sector manager.
James has a proven track record in international crime detection, crime prevention, CCTV operations and related security initiatives. He also believes in providing high-level strategic planning and operational control to build consistently improved operational performances.
James’s strong leadership style empowers staff to take ownership of their responsibilities, providing coaching, training and mentoring to build cohesive teams working together to achieve individual targets and company objectives. James has extensive experience in liaising with numerous resident associations (RA’s), gated communities, Business’s and Business communities in the Randburg area.
James maintained an interactive relationship with the sectors that fell under his responsibility, attending meetings and providing security advice. Most of his work involved assessing crime risk with in his sectors and communities based on statistical data, through this he initiated many successful crime prevention programmes.
James has strong communication, negotiation, community crime management and conflict resolution skills. James has extensive experience in dealing with the public and providing advice and risk assessments on security issues.
